How do i start a return
We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return an item! To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Ship the return back to us, once received, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

My tracking hasn't updated. what should i do
We totally get how frustrating this can be! Here’s what we recommend:
Wait 24–48 Hours
- Tracking can take 1–2 days to update after the carrier scans your package. Delays are common but usually temporary.

- Sometimes Shopify’s tracker lags. Plug your tracking number directly into the carrier’s site (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
